First of all, I apologize for the error that keeps showing up, I will definitely take a look into it and fix it in the next update.
To get the achievements, you have to try to take every decision possible, because they lead to different dialogues and scene that let you get the achievement. Still, if you need help, you can read the advice in the "?" button in the achievements menu. Regarding to the "I Don't Want To Eat That But..." achievement, you can't get it yet, it's just a small preview of what will happen in the coming days.
Also, I'm glad you noticed the connection between the "first time" choice and the song :)
The game is full of references, I hope people notice all of them!

Really interesting start; I'm looking forward to seeing what consequences there will be for the different choices, such as if there is a future impact from us phoning Jacob before we were taken.
The artstyle is nice, really gives me a similar vibe to 'Your Boyfriend' and 'My Dear Hatchet Man'

an error keeps on showing up at the part where mc leaves a note ;^; I tried rollback and restarting the game it's still there

great game! i've gotten almost all the achievements, but not achievement 6 ("i don't want to eat that"). has that one not been implemented?
